How long does product delivery take?
All accumulated orders are usually sent out on a scheduled day of the week. Delivery within Nigeria takes 3-5working days from the day orders are being sent out while international deliveries take 7-10 working days.
However, during promo sales, delivery dates are being announced.
Do you offer re funds are prices bargainable?
We do not offer refunds. It is advised to be sure of what to purchase before orders are being placed.
All product prices are fixed and not bargainable, however, we offer up to 15% discount on orders worth #200,000 upwards.
How to get recommendations?
It is advised to seek product recommendation if you don’t already know what to purchase via our Instagram page or customer care before placing orders.
Can I place order over a phone call?
We do not take orders via phone calls. Orders can only be placed through our website.
