Refund Policy

We wish to acquaint you with our stringent refund policy, which is devised based on unfortunate past occurrences. Kindly note that we uphold a strict no-refund policy, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Our refund policy stipulates a duration of 7 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, should this period elapse without recourse to a refund request, we are unable to entertain such claims.
A refund or replacement of a product shall be deliberated under two primary conditions: Firstly, if a product is received in a defective state or has expired upon delivery by our establishment. In such instances, we kindly request that visual evidence, in the form of photographs or videos, be provided and forwarded to any of our official social media platforms.
Secondly, should there be a delay in the delivery of products beyond the agreed-upon timeline, resulting in customer dissatisfaction, we will consider a refund upon the eventual receipt of the products. The customer, in this scenario, is advised to return the products promptly upon receipt.
To facilitate a seamless refund process, we urge customers to utilize trackable delivery services. It is important to note that we bear no liability for any packages that are lost or misplaced during the return process. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, as shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, it is advised to declare returned items as gifts to mitigate potential customs fees, as we do not assume responsibility for such charges.
Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will conduct a thorough examination of the products, following which a refund will be processed through the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be promptly dispatched to the email address provided during the initial purchase.
Certain exceptions apply wherein partial refunds may be granted, subject to assessment. These exceptions include items that are not in their original condition, exhibit damage, or are missing components for reasons unrelated to our operations, as well as items returned more than 30 days post-delivery.
Should a discrepancy arise wherein the received purchase fails to align with the description or proves defective, we implore customers to reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to addressing and resolving all customer concerns promptly.
In the event of an incorrect item being dispatched, customers are urged to notify us within 48 hours of receipt, following which appropriate arrangements for the delivery of the correct items or the refund of the entire payment will be made.
For defective or faulty products, we request customers to furnish photographic or video evidence through our official social media channels. Subsequent to confirmation, we will facilitate either a replacement or refund accordingly.
It is important to underscore that our refund policy does not extend coverage to instances of misuse, accidental damage, exposure to sunlight or heat, water damage, or any form of product abuse.
